We've had a 1GB server with them for about a year in their Toronto, Ontario location. It's had a 99.98% uptime the last 30 days and the box performs fine.
Tried their dedicated server last year, the network speed is quite fast and they have awesome and fast support team. All my tickets answered in less than 30 minutes.
