@SolidVPS I missed out on your labor day VPS deals but those were appealing to me (lower specs/price, good network, high bandwidth, various locations). I’d definitely keep an eye out for another deal like that.
Why not do one or two catered deals for different types of customers?
one low spec/high bandwidth for the cdn/vpn crowd, one high compute, and one storage
i'm lurking here to see if I can pick up any sales ideas ... if you all don't mind 👀
Hey LET community, please keep this thread going by sharing the specs and pricing you’d like to see us offer. Include full details such as RAM, CPU cores, bandwidth, and your preferred price (monthly or yearly). Also, let us know if you need IPv4, IPv6, or both and for dedicated servers or shared hosting, share what type of setup you prefer.
💡 Tell us what you’d like to see this holiday season!
Do you prefer monthly or yearly plans?
What kind of specs matter most to you (CPU, RAM, NVMe, bandwidth, etc.)?
What price ranges or configurations would catch your eye?
For shared and reseller hosting, what types of plans, pricing, and data center locations would interest you most?
Once we collect your suggestions, we’ll put together a community voting poll, and the most popular requests we will bring it to this year’s official SolidVPS Holiday Offers. 🙌
Drop your thoughts, specs, or even wild wishes below — we’re listening!
VPS: Looking for a $7 Los Angeles VPS with 512MB RAM, 1 CPU core, and an IPv4 address.
Dedicated Server: Looking for a $99 Los Angeles dedicated server with 32GB RAM, 8CPU cores, and a 500GB ssd drive.
Chicago
$100/y or less dedicated servers on the US East coast
both, equally well supported.
Honestly I have an amazing dedi with you now. But it doesn’t automate secret management as seamlessly as Virtfusion so I don’t use it for production.
So my ask:
1. Virtfusion please (convert old server too?)
2. More awesome dedi deals
Yearly preferred since yall are awesome I’ll pay up front. CPU balance with RAM is great. NVMe is a plus. Looking to spend what I already do with you. Maybe a little more if the servers got all the right things. Would love some dedi deals $100-500 a year.
I've been with Solid for almost a year now, and what an appropriate business name. They are solid. Extremely happy with performance, uptime and fast support.
A couple of suggestions:
1. Expand Canadian Locations: Consider expanding options beyond Toronto by including Vancouver for West Coast coverage. Montreal would be another good option for those who wish to distribute their servers across data centers.
2. Snapshots Flexibility: Currently I get one per month. It would be nice to remove the time restriction. Once a month is limiting if you need to do an upgrade or some maintenance and want a fallback in case something goes wrong. 30 days can also be a long time if you're in the unfortunate situation of having to use a snapshot to restore your server, or you just need peace of mind (for example, do a manual weekly snapshot).
@RobS
Thank you very much for your feedback, we truly appreciate having you as our client.
For #1, we’re adding Seattle, WA this Black Friday, along with another location in Europe. Our goal is for Seattle to effectively serve West Coast as well as our customers in Vancouver, while also we have been working on optimizing the network in Seattle-WA for the lowest possible latency for our Asian customers.
For #2, thank you for bringing that to our attention. The issue has been corrected, and it is no longer time-limited if you want to give it a try.
Hey LET members!
We’re currently working on our stock and Black Friday deals while preparing to ship servers to our datacenter locations. Here’s a sneak peek — one of the servers for our upcoming “Chickens Offer” will be available in two or more locations, including a very unique spot in Europe (location hidden until Black Friday 👀). Only a handful of providers on LET offer this European Location!
We wanted to bring something different this year, along with introducing a new location — Seattle, WA — for our EPYC VDS Black Friday lineup.
We’d love to hear what you’d like to see this Black Friday as we finalize inventory and ship out hardware. Drop your suggestions below while we’re getting everything ready! 🚛🖥️💥
Think you know where our new European location is? 🌍
Take a guess before Black Friday — nail it, and you’ll score 1 year FREE on us during the big event! 🔥💥

Do you have any plan for Frankfurt where I recall you said it would open?
We actually have some KVM nodes in Germany, but since the location is already extensively offered by many providers, we decided to remove it from our list and focus on introducing new locations instead.
