I don’t think many or maybe any at all LE-B make it to the live website even mjj are loading the buy scripts this year it’s going to be carnage

Well there is easy way to solve that problem. Stop offering refunds.

    Probably illegal in some countries

Not really, you can force people to opt out of refund request by making them ticking a box when ordering. Which is legal.

    Example:

    You're wrong but it's fine

    How come?

  • I can't read all the pages, just wanted to say "Hi".

The EU Consumer Rights Directive isn't opt-out, I can tick a checkbox saying I waive any rights in it, but I wouldn't have waived anything. Very few exceptions can be made. Such as downloadable content can be exempted. I don't think a server could be exempted for example. Maybe it could if you argued it was tailor-made (as you probably could a domain registration/renewal), but these aren't.

Are you sure? Multiple legal sites think otherwise, example:
    https://www.europe-consommateurs.eu/en/shopping-internet/14-days-to-withdraw.html

If you would like to have immediate access to the service, the trader must expressly ask you to waive your right of withdrawal and give your consent for the service to begin before the 14-day period has expired. In practice, the trader will obtain your agreement by ticking a box. If the box provided for this purpose is pre-ticked or if the professional has not obtained your agreement, and if you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, you will not, in principle, owe any money.

They don't really think otherwise, they think what I think. They're saying IF you agree to request immediate performance, you can, and you'll lose the right to a refund. This is what I said. This goes for downloadable content, domain names, etc. This follows the directive I mentioned. They offer these possible exceptions. You can't however waive any rights pointed out in the EU Consumer Rights Directive, that's not legal.

This goes along with what I said about domain renewals etc. If you renew a domain, a customized service has been completely fulfilled immediately. There's nothing to refund. Same can probably be argued goes for custom-tailored cloting, a custom built server, etc - like I said.

Yes, but in the examples in there you have all sort of subscription services, and server renting is a sort of a subscription. Stock/custom made server difference would matter if they sell servers, not offer access by hour/month.
