"RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFF’S RENEWED APPLICATION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY PLAINTIFF SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED THE PROVISIONAL REMEDY OF REPLEVIN" has appeared.
This means the Evidentiary Hearing on the 10th of December will be when both parties present evidence and testimonies and then judge will either grant or deny replevin.
Guess we will see everyone in a month and a bit!
Albeit, the date says it was sent yesterday so, this could be outdated or the hearing could have just been to set the date etc
