I guess no one wants to buy from the NohaVPS brand name anymore, not surprising.
Kinda funny considering it was only like 4 months ago they announced this new brand specifically for non VPS services.

I have got a baby vps with them and they deployed it.....without any OS template. When I ticketed to ask can I have a template, I was told 'The resources assigned to the server are not high enough to meet the minimum requirements of the available operating systems'. After about 7h they added 'Please note that we have changed the system requirements for Debian 11/12 - AlpLinux to allow installations from 512 MB' but I already installed Alpine manually.
There was also an issue with IPv6, I asked them to check and they said everything is fine, we can refund if you are not happy. Now I checked and they completely deleted this message from the ticket.
Well, at least I can now reinstall OS from the panel
P.S. Oh yes, cpu is AMD Ryzen 7950x.

That's an annoying VirtFusion thing. By default some OS templates won't be available depending on assigned resources. Debian 13 works fine even with 256MB of RAM but I believe by default VirtFusion won't show the template option even for 1GB of ram. (You can easily override this though)

Ya the problem was there was no templates at all. Memory is 512MB.
oh i guess they're the same company after all huh, they had a huge argument with me in a thread about how they were totally different and had bunches of staff a few weeks ago

@JohnFilch123 We regret what happened. I assume the error you mentioned occurred when we first started using VirtFusion and the operating systems had the default requirements. We've modified all systems so they can be installed with the basic requirements.

I think you're mistaken; we've never had it in the Netherlands.
If you're referring to Poland, we activated plans with a /64 IPv6 address weeks ago, and we also enabled reverse DNS through VirtFusion.

Just to be clear, do you view this as a positive support experience? I would.
You ran into a valid limitation (these OS minimums have been 1-2GB for YEARS now). Support identified and explained the issue and took steps to make a template available. Now they have a customer with unsupported system configuration that they have to provide support for that they really shouldn't.
I can't speak to the IPv6 issue without details.
Very, very mixed tbh but anyway. By the time templates were added, I have installed OS manually via ISO.
Yeah, so it wasn't exactly a showstopper, just slight inconvenience.
