The server is in Japan, just that the IP geolocation hasn't been updated on all geoip databases.
It will take a couple of days, maximum 1-2 weeks, until all big databases updates their db.
You can check on https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup and see that the majority of the providers show's Japan.

This what happens when you give more coupons and then things turn this way. i never get freebies or anything cheaper then more i hear the more i will get harder. time will tell now.
