[WTB] Looking for /24 IPv4 Subnet (ARIN or RIPE) + VPS with Monthly Rental
I'm currently looking for a provider that offers:
Requirements:
- /24 IPv4 subnet (ARIN or RIPE)
- VPS included with SSH access
- The /24 subnet should be routed to the VPS
- Monthly rental basis
- US or EU location preferred
Use case:
- Game server hosting (Growtopia)
- Need full TCP/UDP support
- Clean IPs with good reputation

Fair question! For Growtopia, IPs with bad history (spam, abuse, botting) can be pre-blocked by the game's anti-cheat system or already on ban lists. Starting with clean IPs helps avoid connection issues and pre-existing bans from previous users.

Yeah, it’s based on how Growtopia’s system works they usually blacklist IPs with spam or abuse history, so using clean ones definitely helps avoid those issues.
Sounds like with those requirements you mentioned, you'll have no issues with port 25 being blocked, right? (the rest of the 65,000 ports will be open and able to be used)

That’s fine, I don’t require port 25 for my use case. As long as the remaining ports are open, it won’t be an issue.
You failed to mention your desired VPS specifications.
Here are the specs we’re looking for:
• CPU: 4 cores
• RAM: 4 GB or 6 GB
• Storage: 100 GB SSD
• Bandwidth: 1 Gbps
• Monthly Traffic: 10 TB
• IPv4: /24 subnet
• Location: USA/EUR
There's a <1% chance you're hosting game servers as you described, that would require 256 IPs... not to mention, Growtopia doesn't natively support private servers so it'd be all "after-market" modifications... either way, running 250 servers for example would consume more than 4-6GB of memory. I'm going to guess that you want to tunnel out to do something else given the very low requirements or something such as scanning while burning an entire /24 block hence the requirement for a clean block. Growtopia, given it has no official private server system, has no such "reputation" system.

We’re not doing anything like scanning or tunneling — our usage is strictly for internal proxy routing and connection management.
We just mentioned Growtopia as an example since some of our users test connectivity and latency that way.
We’re only looking for stable and clean IPs to avoid blocks or prior abuse history, nothing else.
256 IPs for "internal proxy routing".

I call shenanigans. Red flags everywhere.
If you really need it, get a BGP VPS or dedicated server, get an ASN and lease an IPv4 block.
But I had a customer who wanted unblocked SMTP just to send spam (we block 25 by default).
They bought all our 1GB stock and some 2GB stock. I had to cancel their account and refund them (to avoid disputes). I assumed they came in again via two false identities, so I had to ban Moroccan customers from SMTP.
Joined same day as posting and wants an incredibly sketchy offer. Hmm.
Seems legit, not like you want to be running a botnet or anything, you wouldn't do that would you!
They want to use the subnet for botting on growtopia, hence the need for udp.

Found a RIPE provider already.
Still looking for an ARIN provider that can meet my needs (clean IPs not required).
