  There is a difference between Privacy focused and DMCA ingore providers. Providers like Skhron, IncogNET etc are privacy focused ones. For DMCA, you have providers like ihos tart.

  Calibour was called Lyratris before.
  It's still the same people and company, just the "Calibour" brand name has been created recently.
  Their ASN has been operating for 3 years now.
