Nope because I forwarded from US to SG (bought on Amazon US), so return is more or less impossible now

I guess it would be pretty expensive for shipping fee

Reach out anyway and explain. Either to the manufacturer or Amazon. You might get a refund or replacement without returning it.
If it's cheap and worth it, if you need someone to bring it to a staples for you. DM me and I can return it for you if you wanna mail it to me. Just to let you know, I'm getting surgery Tues. So if it comes next week I may not be able to return it next week.

I will consider this option but basically it is a SanDisk MicroSD that I bought during Amazon Prime Day... there's still about 2 weeks left in the return window but I am not sure what are some good options for me to ship back to US cheap.

You may not need to ship it back if the card is dead

Amazon us has decent customer service and will do whatever necessary to make customers happy
Usually that would mean full refund, no return fees or send a replacement

    Worth a shot

Wow, I just contacted them 5 minutes ago and they have now helped me to proceed with the refund without needing to return the item, I would say I am surprised, thanks for the help and guidance!

Thank you. I hope so as well. Getting a tumor removed from my left wrist. Had an open biopsy almost 3 weeks go and still recovering from that.

Definitely get in contact with both Amazon and the mfr. I had a $100 battery pack that suddenly stopped working. Got it replaced and told not to send it back for free.

I know there sites that can help you find the cheapest shipping. Can't recommend any as I never used them. Amazon might also be able to get you a cheaper label as well. Staples in the US is free returns and FedEx drop off is like $1.
