    Status Page (https://status.dedirock.com/) shows everything is fine, of course. And I can see VPS Control Panel has gotten upgraded; I hope this outage isn't like the last one, which IIRC, was also because of an upgrade.

    very funny, my order was stopped without any warning. I submitted a support ticket, and the response was forwarded to the finance department. It's been almost 10 hours with no reply. I wasted an entire evening configuring the server, and I no longer need it.

    I hope you can investigate and then cancel my order and give me a refund. Thank you. This is my only request.

    I really regret only buying one of the $7 Los Angeles plans back then. Now it's no longer available. Will there be a restock? I would grab it immediately if it comes back.

    Also, I didn’t receive the double bandwidth and IPv6. Could you please help me check it? Invoice #13811.
