    I used your VPS service before, but I experienced frequent unavailability and some instances where the VPS didn’t have an assigned IP.

    Your budget is not enough, particularly for local connectivity in the UAE. Consider multiplying it by 10, if you are really interested.

    Either option is fine. The Turkey location would be sufficient if I find a good one.

    Yep, but that’s not hard for me to check. Geo-located VPSs usually won’t have low ping to me in the locations I mentioned.

    Thanks. I found Balhost and Tarisu for Turkey VPS. I sent a message to Tarisu, but he hasn’t seen it yet. I think VPSs in Turkey, the UAE (Dubai), and Armenia have the lowest ping to Iran. I will give both of them a try, and still looking for other providers if they have something.

    Armenia (Yerevan) and Dubai are good too, but it seems they are more expensive. Yep, it seems Turkey is the best option based on that budget.

    For the UAE, you're most likely looking for a Zenlayer reseller. @SurferCloud is one, but their bandwidth is very low.
    I believe https://ultahost.com/vps-hosting resells from Zenlayer, and they have Dubai. A friend of mine in Iran uses them, and apparently they're good.

    Besides those, you have good options in EU if you need a bunch of bandwidth with reasonable latency (Germany, Netherlands, ...)

    I don't think Tarisu has any accept cryptocurrency payment option.
    Otherwise I can vouch for them too. Really stable service and I haven't had any serious issues over past 5 months.

    don't try @SurferCloud, they provide shit service and it's nightmare when you need to contact billing

    i have vps from @tarisu it's stable but sometime get slow not sure why even normal monthly update takes hours to update.

    @balhost they are good but only they have monthly billing as far as i remember no yearly payment the only reason i moved to @tarisu
