I used your VPS service before, but I experienced frequent unavailability and some instances where the VPS didn’t have an assigned IP.

Their Turkey VPS has an acceptable ping, while the Armenia and UAE locations are quite high (over 110 ms). Also, it appears that the VPS port is not even 1 Gbps.

    Thank you.

at least more chance that these are real physical locations, not geo-located fake locations ;)

Your budget is not enough, particularly for local connectivity in the UAE. Consider multiplying it by 10, if you are really interested.

Either option is fine. The Turkey location would be sufficient if I find a good one.

Yep, but that’s not hard for me to check. Geo-located VPSs usually won’t have low ping to me in the locations I mentioned.

Melbicom uses Etisalat, so domestic and middle eastern latency should be low usually. (At least it was during my testing a few months back)

You can also check some Zenlayer resellers, which have both Etisalat and Zain in the blend.
@SurferCloud is one of them, but speed is limited to 30Mbps.

Yeah, I checked, but the ping was pretty high. I get around 70-80 ms to Germany/Netherlands and about 60 ms to Stockholm (Skhron). In Turkey, it varies a lot, some VPSs are 30 ms, some 60 ms, and some go up to 110 ms.

Armenia (Yerevan) and Dubai are good too, but it seems they are more expensive. Yep, it seems Turkey is the best option based on that budget.

For the UAE, you're most likely looking for a Zenlayer reseller. @SurferCloud is one, but their bandwidth is very low.
I believe https://ultahost.com/vps-hosting resells from Zenlayer, and they have Dubai. A friend of mine in Iran uses them, and apparently they're good.

Besides those, you have good options in EU if you need a bunch of bandwidth with reasonable latency (Germany, Netherlands, ...)

don't try @SurferCloud, they provide shit service and it's nightmare when you need to contact billing

i have vps from @tarisu it's stable but sometime get slow not sure why even normal monthly update takes hours to update.

@balhost they are good but only they have monthly billing as far as i remember no yearly payment the only reason i moved to @tarisu
