Exactly the same thing happened yesterday. The panel is no longer accessible, and the server (Düsseldorf) is also unavailable!!! @rarecloud
my NL is down again and no response from support, their uptime is very poor, luckily my VPS expires on November 17th and I will not renew this useless service

14 days as per their policy . I might also raise it soon if their is any down time. Apparently it is not just me who faced issues it's like some others also faced above. Let's hope service remain straight.
