Avoro is fine, Support is nice and fast too, not cheap though.
The only issue I had with them, is if there is ongoing DDoS attacks.
Not directly at me, probably a neighbour on the same node.
We had weeks of disruptions, they are usually short, a few minutes until mitigated but if you run a VoIP or a VPN and this happens a few times per day, its annoying.
Try asking @advinservers has nuremberg location! I have used their Johor vps for few weeks they were very good performance wise.
