    They have different CPU and drive types, etc. For 100GB NVMe, you can check out our 1212 or 6666 plans instead.

    As far as I know, it's not strictly enforced, it's just for people who abuse it.

    But if you do want to use 100% CPU for long periods of time, you're probably better off getting a VDS since they have dedicated CPU cores.

    That's why I asked @NDTN previously about the difference between Budget KVM vs Premium KVM. and if both using the same TOS then better I buy VDS :)
