Friday night the ping time to my vps at Tokyo Softbank increased from 55ms to 75ms and it's stayed there over the weekend, and even now on Monday. I got some packet loss Sunday night, too, but still usable, not severe (it's gone now).
It's just better to create ticket so they can look at it, I doubt you can get any techical support from them on LET
I'm just mentioning it in passing, in case anyone is interested. I'm not expecting anybody to do something from my post here, and my experience with tickets like this is that they're just frustrating and get blamed on the ISP. So it's not worth it.

The only time I got the code to work, for 50% off a storage server, I think there was a delay before he activated the code. So a bunch of people tried, and maybe gave up, and there's me taking my time, surprised that it went through.
