also simple solution for all most of problems is doing random draws - one for "winning #number of post" per each page (after we spammed all the pages of course) and then final winner draw from those winners - this way you can't rig it, you still have chances, you are encourage to spam (at least) once per page rather than wait for 12th post and snipe.
This should go faster and people will actually talk rather than do @plumberg
Of course if forum is dead someone can still post all the 30 times on one page, but...
