any free vps provider for students an ubuntu server based

so i am an student and searching for a freevps provider for a project i am working on and also for learning new things that i learn so if anyone knows plz help me as i am from an one of the developing country but i am not able to get the international payment method from my country and i cant afford it aswell buying each month and for a year it would cost more which i cant get so if any sugestions for free vps i would accept the recomendations openly.

    thanks for the help i had researched and tried every freevps ad in the web but found all others scam and found this one that i could get and came here and then i am confused how to use but i am getting slowely used to it thanks for the help

    • What country?
    • What server specs?
    • What activites to be done? Anything related to mailing?

    • What country?
    • What server specs?
    • What activites to be done? Anything related to mailing?

    so i am from nepal and just basic specs in need to do
    and about the activities it would just be testing my programs and running my hosting in it its personal not the business but some webhosting related things and also i would run some applications so i am in need of ubuntu server
