i've been using it for years for monitoring and such but keep regular backups and will just redeploy my shit if i lose it.
Nothing is ever 100% safe. Keep backups, go wild. If Oracle pull the plug on you, restore the backup to a paid/alternate service of your choice.

First time hearing about this. Does this require credit card? Can you choose distro and is there ssh access? what about bandwidth limitation?
Using it from the last 5-6 month for doing experiments and testing things. Do not use it for sensitive or productive application. Yes they can remove it anytime.
