    Not sure about Windows and 12$/y.
    If its not a Ryzen, the performance gonna suck, especially on E5.

    If you're looking for a device to browse the internet and run Tailscale you could get a cheap Linux VM, set it up as a Tailscale Exit Node and use that as a proxy for browsing from your local Windows device. That way you can focus on location and bandwidth rather than any device that will run Windows.

    Google detecting that im bot for scraping 🤣😂 test on local windows machine didnt detected even im warmup sometimes cookies
