Good morning from france. It's only been a day of usage but what an easy setup and easy payment. Looking forward to having the website in English by I know you're working on it. Extra storage would be great please add more.

hi i am very interested in your root server plans (among others), just some minor question if you could kindly clearify(since the web is in german). What is the fair use of bandwith will be for the plans? and if the vcores are shared? (not dedicated like some idc in their root servers plan). thx

    Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our root server plans!

    Regarding your questions:

    Bandwidth / Fair Use:
Our fair use policy allows up to 5 TB of traffic per month (rolling 30-day period) without any restrictions, as long as the usage is legal and within our terms. After that, we check whether the traffic is legitimate. Certain use cases are not allowed on our infrastructure, such as streaming services, file sharing, or using a small server as a proxy gateway for a larger external network.

If your traffic results from normal, legitimate business operations, up to 10 TB is usually fine. Beyond that, we may contact you to find a solution based on the continued high usage.

Please note that our traffic is DDoS protected, which makes it significantly more expensive for us to provide.

    vCores / CPU Usage:
The CPU cores are shared, not dedicated. However, we carefully monitor performance to ensure all customers receive a high level of service. Short-term high CPU usage is absolutely fine. We only intervene in cases of abuse, such as sustained 100% CPU usage over long periods.

Let us know if you have any more questions!

    Best regards,
    Luca

Performance is amazing so far, network seems stable. They seem to have a custom built panel, not the same old crappy WHMCS.

How do you check the traffic type of a VPS?

Does your service allow setting a reverse DNS (PTR Records) for a VPS in the server controls?

Does your service have basic server controls like installing an OS, installing a custom OS from an iso, rebooting and VNC access if the server becomes unresponsive?

edit: What kyc requirements do you have? Is identification through credit card possible?
    edit2: ipv6 ?

  • Can I install vindows and on vindows install nox player or other android emulator? If yes - will this processor be suitable for them to work without lags?

    proof it via yabs! ;)

  • Hi Informaten. I signed up 48 hours ago. Upload is near impossible. I opened tickets, no reply. Can you refund me?

I have been a customer since 12 Oct.

By default the vps locale is set to DE (German), which makes even basic commands such as "apt update" look alien. But only takes about 2 min to change the default locale to US and one reboot.

So far I have raised three tickets (e.g. rDNS, enabling IPv6). Typical response time is about 2-3 days and for this pricing it is acceptable to me. The support guy (Max) replies in perfect English.

The website was still in German when I bought the vps - but google translate helped me.

    So far I am happy.

  • Just to add - Some terms in the vps control panel are in German - but it is a no brainer to use the control panel. Quite easy.

    anti ddos good?

  • good deals, is the fair use not throttle in day? my traffic fluctuates and its around 10TB and higher per month

Very interesting! We would definitely be able to get access to this kind of hardware. As it’s brand new and currently still quite costly, we’d be curious to hear: what would you consider a fair price for a VPS on such a setup?

    4c(9950x)16g300g/99-110yeal i need,
