I'm looking for a VPS/VDS.
CPU: GB6 score of at least 1000
RAM: 2GB
Bandwidth: 10TB+ (1GB connection is fine/250Mbits unlimited is fine)
HDD: 2TB
Must Have: Dedicated IPv4 (no nat/ipv6 only)
Prefer USA (West Coast) / Extra Points If It's a VDS

Except for the GreenCloud thread, it seems like nobody's active these days.
I'm not sure exactly what cpu they use but this seems to be promising. It's 3 dollars over your budget but you get 50tb bandwidth @ 10gbps, 2tb ssd, 4gb ram, and 2 cores of a mystery e5.
