Looking for HDD storage server in North America

Hello all, I am looking for a budget storage server with the following specifications in North America:
-4 vcpu
-8gb ram
-1tb HDD
-15tb bandwidth
-SSD boot disk
-IPV4
I am hoping to get something like layer7's Intel SP Gold deal (which I'm planning to get too), and I would prefer to pay under 10 dollars per month. Thanks!

I would recommend InterServer.net, both affordable and stable for storage VPS, though the performance is low given the price level. I have been using the storage for many months, and only encountered one single outage yesterday, which was solved within 1 hour with timely update. I really can't be more satisfied.

I looked into them previously, but unfortunately, their storage plans don't have enough cpu/ram/transfer for my needs. I really appreciate the suggestion though

So if a disk breaks/dies, all data on the vps is gone?
This setup is designed for non-critical data, offsite backups, or clients who handle their own redundancy (for example, syncing to multiple locations or using cloud replication).
If you need hardware redundancy or fault tolerance, we can offer a RAID configuration or multi-disk setup as an upgrade option but this would depend on availability and location.
For example, we can offer a 1TB SSD or NVMe which is Raid 1 but the cost would be much higher.
OVH is good choice if you look cheap dedi in NA, but it cost little more.
