For me, bandwidth is important. I would buy Linux EPCY VDS if it provided as much bandwidth as Windows VDS. I need at least 10tb for peace of mind.
Future locations in the Silicon Valley area (San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, etc.) would be awesome
To me price is the most important factor

As for San Jose, we currently offer Windows VPS there, and we already have KVM VPS available in Los Angeles. We’re also working on launching a new location in the same region this coming BF (closer to SanJose), with a network that’s being fully optimized for Asian routes. Our goal is to deliver the best possible latency and performance for our Asian clients — hopefully, this new location will serve as a great alternative to San Jose.
Regarding pricing, could you share what kind of price range and specs you’d like to see? That’ll help us craft our next offer more precisely. Thank you
Maybe letting your customers transfer more than 1 promo deal per account so that they don't have to let a $100 dedicated server they're not gonna renew go to waste
It would be even better if there was a flash sale for 2GB of memory for around $12.

I know you’ve been upset since that issue — and I’m really sorry about it. The good news is we’ve made some adjustments to our system: all dedicated server transfers are now free, and we’re planning to extend this to VPS plans as well. We’ve been working on this improvement ever since the issue you experienced last time.

Okay but does this mean I can actually transfer the dedicated server? It was blocked by customer support last time as apparently you can only transfer 1 service per account.
