I get an email when something new is added to the catalog or the availabilities. Also when it buys something automatically (or fails to do so) but you're right, for that Paypal also sends an email.
This might be just another hype for same old KS-LE-XX series as last year. Some lottery may exist but not a new thing. Other than KS-A, KS-LE-B and ks-mystery, the rest are not interesting.
Not going to rush with the order. Monitor first and see how the prices and lotteries came up.
