    • Support has been caught up, and all this week ( so far ) the average response time is 5.7 hours. Keeping the disclaimer of slow support on the portal, for now.

    • All shared servers were updated to include the latest PHP versions up to 8.4 and the more lax PHP limits. You can adjust this by following the guide here: https://portal.incognet.io/knowledgebase/60/How-to-change-your-PHP-version-PHP-limits-and-PHP-extension-settings..html

    • If anyone is interested, will be running a XMR and BTC node shortly. Server has arrived, but rails are delayed. Maybe ZCash too? Figure with this storage server that is arriving (not for public / commercial service, just using it for backups + internal big storage projects) we'd actually do something like run some nodes. Idea is to make them clearnet, Tor, I2P and Yggdrasil accessible.

    • Did more Nextcloud tests.... This is still likely to be a thing by the end of the year.

    • Tons of PA and WA stock at the moment. Got hardware sitting mostly idle. Little KC and little NL stock. May need to review things and place out of stock in the next day or so.

    • Soon the DNS cluster that the Legacy VPS plans (Virtualizor) use for PTR / rDNS records will be taken out back and put out of it's misery. Before I do this, I'll copy all zones over to our new setup and wait a day or so to remove it. Because we are using two different products in production (Virtualizor and VirtFusion) and have both products sharing subnets we have to run separate PTR / rDNS servers for both setups and do some fuckery to have the zones sync in a separate common place. Virtualizor doesn't like new PowerDNS, and VirtFusion requires it. Shouldn't be too hard, I just need to find time to sit down and work on it. Eventually I'd like to completely get rid of Virtualizor, but not interested in undertaking manual migrations (downtime for the customer) and data entry (manually adding new details into WHMCS) for tons of Legacy VPS users.

    • Uhh... Maybe Romania. Maybe Bulgaria. Maybe not. Maybe so. Time will tell.... ( -_-)

    • https://dotST.st is up. Making some tweaks / adjustments before I push the code for that site live for the sister sites. (dotVG, dotFO, dotGD, dotGL, dotBH). Probably of little interest for LET, but that's fine.

    • Oh yeah. Finally using our CentralNic accreditation for registering .vg, .fo, .gl, .gd, .bh, .pw and others. Got that integrated into WHMCS finally.

    • Anycast is "live" between all of our US POPs. Probably will toss Amsterdam in the mix soon as well, of course. It's not production ready and still testing.

    • Ton of other stuff to do / am doing / will do.
  • good stuff

  • @MannDude was looking around and think i found a typo on the site. for services, under wireguard personal, I see this:

PROMOTIONAL DEAL: IncogVPN - All Locations (Personal)

    • All 8 IncogVPN locations and Pro Plan features for just $40.00/YR
    • You must click, "Continue" for each location to add it to your cart at a discounted price.
    • Removing or adjusting any location will void the bundle deal and the locations will be added at their normal annual cost.

I'm pretty sure that "Pro Plan" is supposed to be Personal? or is it a huge discount?

Honestly... I don't recall. On mobile right now, away from the desk. It is a huge discount, but it could still also be a typo.

I was gonna do it then i looked in the Pro plan section and saw it had a promo for $100 too and that's when I assumed typo and didn't want to bite the bullet until confirming (and thought you might want to know so you don't get any angry folk if it is a typo lol).

Hope it helps! I know you are swamped over there!

Ah yes, it was a misprint from our end. Likely an artifact of sleepy (sloppy) copy/paste job for consistent formatting but forgetting to change a word.

    Fixed now.

    Also snagged vps.gd and xmr.gd.

    vps.gd ... Who knows?

xmr.gd will be used for the public monero stuff.

I don't use crypto but it's nice that a provider goes out of their way to support those who do.

    Some general updates:

    • We created https://xmr.gd which is just a page for our public Monero node. The node is available over the clearnet, Tor, I2P and Yggdrasil networks and utilizes the Monero Ban List ( bans known spy nodes ) per the Monero Research Lab recommendations. It's running on a Dedicated Server in Kansas City and should be a reliable node for a long time. ( https://xmr.ditatompel.com/remote-nodes/id/2782 )

    • We'll be bringing back the Tor / I2P mirroring option to shared hosting soon. This is where we began in 2020, but it wasn't very popular and admittedly it wasn't done in the best way that it could be done. Some big changes are coming to make this more manageable from our end as well as make it a better service. The idea remains the same, just giving users the ability to opt-in to have their clearnet website mirrored and made available to Tor/I2P networks to help these networks grow.

    • NEW LOCATION ALERT: Sofia, Bulgaria will be available this week! From here will offer our CloudLinux Shared Hosting, VPS and VPN service.

    Maaayyyybbbeeeee

But looks like our provider tag expired here. Not sure I want to renew it, so just peep our Twitter ( https://x.com/incognetllc ) or the other green forum for promotions.

I'm working on a VPN update too and will be offering a discount on that as well.

If I don't post a 1776 thing publicly I'll honor whatever the original 1776 deal was for a handful of LET peeps.

Also trying to get more stock in Kansas City soon... We had some limited stock there but it sold out fast. Waiting patiently for someone to ship hardware that way. :)

And unrelated to IncogNET, I've been working on https://defensiveprivacy.com for some physical, tangible, privacy related products. ;)

    Aight, Bulgaria available soon.

Test VM up. IPv4 geolocates correctly, IPv6 will too, soon. Not sure why Yabs always defaults to IPv6 network info when IPv6 is detected, but here we are.

Will setup a looking glass server soon. I need to update the old looking glass URLs anyway as we've moved almost all of our network assets from AS210630 (Old ASN, leased, managed by Quickpacket) to AS40663 (Owned, managed by us). Old URLs are all [location]-lg.as210630.net. Only thing left on the old ASN right now is a Kansas City subnet, but that'll be moved soon anyhow as well.

Give me a day or so to get things situated. We've had hardware online in this location for a few days now but I'm slow.

Hoping for new stock in Kansas City within the next 30 days. It's sort of out of my hands at the moment and I'm just waiting.

May have more NL stock soon too, going to let this new POP ride for a week or two before I try to get anything new online in Amsterdam.

Congratulations! You know we love numbers. B)

Test VM up. IPv4 geolocates correctly, IPv6 will too, soon. Not sure why Yabs always defaults to IPv6 network info when IPv6 is detected, but here we are.

NOTE: Our VMs come with port speeds of 1.5Gbps - 5Gbps depending on what VPS plan you choose. This is just a test VM. I think it's pointless to do 10Gbps VMs on hypervisors limited by a 10G NIC.

Not sure why Yabs always defaults to IPv6 network info when IPv6 is detected, but here we are.

    /etc/gai.conf
    #precedence ::ffff:0:0/96 100

If you uncomment that, IPv4 should be the primary, just FYI :)

Congrats on the new loc! Will be hunting that 1776 deal :p

If you uncomment that, IPv4 should be the primary, just FYI :)

Congrats on the new loc! Will be hunting that 1776 deal :p

    Nice hack!
    Also, good stuff @MannDude B)

    Aight, Bulgaria available soon.

Not sure why Yabs always defaults to IPv6 network info when IPv6 is detected, but here we are.

Ok, got all of our LG's updated to the latest Hybula version, LG servers upgraded to Debian 13 from 12, and URLs updated to reflect the new AS the other day:

Can use the 1776 code for the 1C 2G plans in Sofia now, it's limited to just 10 uses in total because this location is already selling at the normal advertised, non-discounted price. ($17.76/yr)

Got our DirectAdmin server setup in Sofia as well, but still finalizing some things and double checking some stuff. Should have that ready early next week, same as our WireGuard VPN service in Sofia.

I find it tough to believe this code was used 10 times in 4 minutes since it was posted on a regular thread.

But maybe IncogNET is just this desired in which case, it's good :)
