If you have a vps in Tokyo, is your geolocation correct?
My geolocation in Hong Kong was correct (45.128.220.*).
Geolocation in Tokyo is mostly Germany, and sometimes Canada or US (45.153.244.*).

The geolocation of my GC VPS in Tokyo (IIJ) is correct, checking with IPinfo.
