Tried the K-3, network speed low, VPS panel is good with rDNS. CPU is pegged at 100% even with an update command, using it as a DNS server for my network. Will definitely not rely on it for the long run and have to change it.
Hey, do you have a ticket open? Honestly, from what I can see on the node, I'm not experiencing the problems you listed, especially regarding the connection, which is working very well.
The CPU can struggle on systems like Windows, but hardly on Linux

Mostly CPU is a problem. Refreshing root directory takes seconds to do & everything loads so slow & cpu at 100% always.

Those VPS is really bullshit, can't take even 100 realtime with 8GB RAM with 2 Cores CPU, even i can't able to visit my website it always 100% cpu uses.

I'm also suspecting that they are funding the next server with the money they just got from the previous sale. A piramide that can collapse. I have a small plan with them. The lag is real.. between inputting a command and receive a response.. Why would anyone use normal SSD drives for this kind of overselling. Maybe with nvme drives it would be useable.

The servers offers is partly funded by you, our customers, which is why we pre-order. But what's the problem? The SSDs will soon be upgraded to NVMe on all servers to make the experience even better. We're trying to improve and understand where the mistakes lie, but we won't learn by enjoying our failures. This pointless criticism isn't what we're talking about, and I'm not referring to you.

Canceled my full year server immediately & I'm not expecting a refund, I already have one amazing performing server with hostdzire in NL, so I got another is De, I'm hosting my own DNS resolver server and need redundancy and RELIABILITY.
On the K-3 after a couple of hours of testing I realized network speeds could go real slow & the CPU is just pegged at 100% at the smallest CLI command also the ssh keeps hanging & crashing & reconnecting which is so annoying.
Do what you think is best. No one's forcing you to stay, but a solution could certainly have been found, if you'd wanted it.
