I've been using a small Little Creek VPS since 2013 to run my SMTP server that receives incoming mail. Very few problems in those 12 years. Five stars.
Has anyone had their RAM doubled?

The backups are still being worked on. They are started every Sunday and it can take a few days to fully complete. If you are concerned about backups please check in the panel to see if they are there. I think its set for a maximum of 2 backups and they get rotated out every week.
