    Hey, all servers were booted yesterday within two hours of downtime, but due to an issue with VirtFusion, they’re not showing as running in the control panel even though they’re running in the CLI. We’ve raised a ticket regarding this, and their team is assisting us with it.

    VPS's are not just being shown as not running in UI, they are not running.
    Because even basic services like ssh are not responding on the VPS.

    So, whatever status CLI is displaying to you guys isn't correct.

    For me it showed "Monday, October 20, 2025 8:56 PM - Boot Failed"
    Server was down until I manually booted it now.

    I've tried manual boot, vnc access and rescue session. After these tryes the server showed as running and I have ssh access. The ticket is still opened and not answered.

    It's non-stop for weeks now for me. This is not the first time I had written this down. Sometimes it's "just" 30%-40% st(olen time) but I have logs with 70-80% st as well.
    I don't mind at all a bit here and there, I don't expect much for 12$ (although other providers present on this forum "somehow" manage <5% st at all times for the same price), but this is just too much - I just host a small appliance for myself and it became slow. It's almost like my node was moved somewhere else more crammed, to make room for new subs...

    I can't install os after purchasing the server, vps still down. Manually reboot not available. The ticket #UVS-097920 is still opened and not answered
