I have tested Blesta the last few days and I must say it is a really good tool. It offers so many features which WHMCS doesn't have per default. Everything seems to have a configuration setting.
As it is Open Source you have full control over it which is nice.
A disadvantage is the lack of some modules or you get outdated modules.
Have to test it more
