    Oh, I was getting responses within 1-2 minutes (excellent) but thought I'd wait til the rush from all the new orders died down a bit since it's promo-related tickets rather than service outages/tech support requests.

    Hopefully, we can achieve that next year when we launch our enterprise OpenStack cloud services, which are currently in beta.
