    @rsk how much CPU usage is allowed?

    Right now from the dashboard, what I can see is, the vps cpu usage can not go more than 50%.

    And the average in terms of computation remains at 30%

    SCP seems to suffer also. From NL. to Romania (hostc) between two servers, it gives around 500 kbps average while transferring a file.

    Please open a support ticket, and share with us MTR in both directions so we can investigate this further. Have you run multithreaded IPERF tests?

    Regarding the cpu usage on the dashboard, please check from within the VPS to confirm if you are facing issues. I did raise with VF that the cpu usage on the panel isn't accurate.
