Looking for tower colocation – Central or East US

I’m looking for colocation for a Dell T330 (tower) to be used as an offsite backup server (outside my main infra in Miami).
1Gbps port is enough, traffic is mostly inbound during weekends at night, with small incremental backups on weekdays.
Requirements:
- Location: Central or East Coast US
- 1Gbps network port
- /29 IPv4 and /64 IPv6
- BGP session (v4 + v6)
- One connection for iDRAC (can use an IP from /29)
Prefer month-to-month terms.

If you want to keep your options open in the future, your T330 can be converted to "rack mount". Part number should be 321-BBTV if memory serves.
Edit: These things are a bit more expensive than i remember.
