Is there a provider similar to Layer7 somewhere in the nordics?
When I say "similar," I mean in terms of specs, reliability, and price. Right now I have a mail server with Layer7 and it works well for that. But for other services that need fast data transfer-like Nextcloud-I can't really use providers in Germany, France or nearby countries. I get connection speed problems from my home in southern Finland to those locations.
I've had this issue for a while. I thought upgrading my router had fixed it, but Iwas wrong. The problem is with my ISP, and they’re not much help. There’s no better internet option in my area yet since it’s a new neighborhood.
Right now, for apps like Nextcloud, I’m using a Hetzner dedicated server in Helsinki. That’s very close to where I live, so the transfer speeds are excellent-almost full Gigabit! But that server is more powerful and expensive than I actually need. On the other hand, Hetzner Cloud instances don’t offer enough storage for the price, and adding extra block storage gets pricey.
I’d love to find a provider that’s like Layer7 but based in the Nordics (or Baltic states), where my transfer speeds would be better and more stable. Any ideas?

UpCloud is awesome but very expensive unfortunately.

Swede here; if possible try using your Hetzner rig as a node (ie. setup a proxy, Wireguard or similar). Sometimes things go way faster when I bounce of my MVPS rig in Stockholm and from there to my L7 storage box (France).
