@rarecloud, I have two vps offline for 17 hours now and no response to my high priority ticket (YKW-806349)
You're lucky if that's the only downtime you have seen.

I purchased a yearly service Nov. 12th, 2024 and since purchase the server has been next to useless. The disk arrays they use on their hypervisors are shit and they lost my full data now more than 2 times and their solution is to "give you a new server" after rebuilding the hypervisor using the same exact hardware and then repeat the same thing. My server has never been reliable since the first time they lost my data. I asked for a refund since the product has been unusable and they have lost all my data now several times and they refused any type of refund and just forced me to keep the service till it expires.
On top of that they just randomly reboot the servers whenever they feel like.
Back when it was VPS4VPN the services were much more reliable, after the change its been a straight up shit show.
I honestly couldn't suggest this provider to anyone and don't even think the "deals" are worth it at this point.
Good luck to anyone deciding to purchase from this vendor, you will need it!
Also, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BACKUPS of your data, they most likely will lose it at some point!

Hello @TheLinuxBug , you do have a point, we had some problems with our NL services that were out of our control , these issues were caused by a different array of problems. I am happy to announce that while we know we had some issues we always tried to compensate our customers to make sure they are always up and running ASAP but we do know that this is now enough and we are currently in the process of upgrading every part of our infrastructure that had some issues so we can offer the best services possible and do do this we are moving Netherlands and Germany on new AMD Epyc Genoa 9254 servers and with that we are also changing the DC and we will move everyone onto these new servers. This being said , the move will take some time because we ordered new servers and it takes some time for the order to be delivered and have them up and running in the new DC but it's in progress. As another news today we are also launching a new location in London AMD EPYC 7542 and we are preparing to open an Asian location these days. Conclusion is that we are aware and we are addressing all the issues that might appear here. Thanks for your feedback and hope you experience will be better with us from now on.

Unfortunately I am not very happy with the service and support provided.
I cancelled my vps because I was not happy with the performance. No problem.
Thought that this will fall under the 14 days money back guarantee which is stated on their website.
1st level support was nice and sounded like a person who wants to help.
But after I clearly stated that I am not happy and want to leave and get a refund my ticket is on hold until someone from the admin team responds.
This was 6 days ago.
So what should I think of such a company?
