It has been 60 hours since I received the email, and the machine has also stopped for 48 hours.
The transferable people are not over yet, it's really worrying.

What? we completed migration for days now, please open a ticket. I'm not aware of any stopped machines. All of LA has been migrated.

Apologies but I havent opened LET in a bit.

Hi, I haven’t received any email about my migration for LA yet. I had an account with the same email as my Enzonix one already made.

  • To be clear, my VPS isn't fully migrated yet; it's still up in NJ, but I can already see the new IP on Terabit, which is an IP from Kansas.

  • @SpaceCode
Both "enzonix" and "terabit" have left messages, please handle them as soon as possible.

  • It has been over 100 hours now and the ticket has been created.
Can't you see and not reply?
You don't want to deal with it anymore? Don't you want to do it for me?

  • Original IP: 185.130.89.76
The username is the same for both websites. If it is not processed within today, I must apply for a PayPal dispute refund

Hello, I do not currently see a ticket related to this issue. Please send a response to this ticket and I will check it as soon as possible. It is likely your VM is migrated and you have not checked your email for the updated information.

kansas wtf, what happened to canada

That's it, my vps is going to be purely used to host photos of dudes kissing now

  • Vps.terabit.io and my.terabit.io are not the same system?
I cannot log in on "vps. terabit. io".

  • My user email for 'my.terabit.io' is: [email protected]

  • It's been 1.5 days and my server is still not migrated..

  • Isn't that right? The 9000 series CPU will make you replace it with E5 junk.
    How can this be used?

    Yo I have some questions.

Will my /64 magically appear or do I need to ask for it?
Can I get a definitive answer on where you sent my vps? (was NJ)
    Are you blocking OVH ranges?

I started to open a ticket but maybe these are generic questions other people might benefit from seeing the answers to.

    Thanks.

    hello my lovely zed

we are working on getting ipv6 to all new vpses. It probably will be a button on your VF panel (VF gods willing, because they haven't been nice to me lately).

If you mean NY almost all were sent to Kansas.

No I dont believe we block ovh entirely, our ddos mitigation engine is very protective so it might be that. I will get you a definitive answer.

  • Yep, it's Kansas (YABS identified it as Seattle), and network speeds are pretty awful. It's sad that Enzonix had to go; its performance was superb. And the CPU... Yeah, it's as bad as you would expect from a 10-year-old chip.

Keep in mind that you ran that while we are still migrating, and a lot of people are yabsing/moving data etc.

Network and cpu performance should improve dramatically over the coming days.

I know it's an e5, i hate them as much as you guys do, we are working on it.

are DE servers got moved to Kansas temporarily?
And I only got an account for vps.terabit.io. How do I get an account for my.terabit.io? In other words, how do I renew my VPS?
Plus the obvious service downgrade (crap E5) 😆

That will happen once we move billing over to terabit, currently the billing is still in enzonix. for now we are focusing on servers so people don't lose access to their data.

    Also yes I know ... I fucking hate e5s

Can you give us a eta on when the e5 will be changed and the network will improve? tbh, i was used to my enzonix network, which was awesome, and Terabit only gives us 1gbps...
And which processor are you gonna give to us?

Just did a YABS, network speed is indeed not what i would expect, but i'm hopeful that it will be atleast 2-3gbps when it gets upgraded. I trust on the terabit staff!

    Total 360.33 MB/s (90.0k) 472.43 MB/s (7.3k)
Block Size 512k (IOPS) 1m (IOPS)
    ------ --- ---- ---- ----

    Write 266.19 MB/s (519) 268.54 MB/s (262)
    Total 518.96 MB/s (1.0k) 520.32 MB/s (507)

    iperf3 Network Speed Tests (IPv4):

    P.S: i didn't finish the network test, so that's why it's only 3 providers.

Hello, I do not currently see a ticket related to this issue. Please send a response to this ticket and I will check it as soon as possible. It is likely your VM is migrated and you have not checked your email for the updated information.

While you are checking tickets, please advise on this one that has just been raised (#5799373):

My service (label: enzonix.nogoodnamesareleft.com) is offline. I know about the sale and migration to Terabit, but I have received no further contact from yourselves or Terabit since the sale announcement on the 10th. I have checked junk and verified that there is nothing stuck in the spam/other processing queue.
The service is still listed on the control panel here, though with the old IP address (this was changed before the sale announcement, on the 4th, I was notified by email), nothing seems available on that address either. IP the addresses are 193.104.33.97 (original, still listed on panel) and 69.42.220.180 (since the 4th).
Having had no contact from you or Terabit I have no account details to verify status there (I've tried the login details from here, including making a "forgot password reset" request for which an email wasn't received, in case those had been transferred) I can not verify status there myself.
    Please advise.

Yeah, I know chasing publicly just after opening the ticket is a tad rude, but so is zero comms during a migration and while two wrongs don't make a right neither does one :)

Just so you know, your server works, have you tried pinging or ssh'ing [your ip]? From what I can tell, it has been up for at least 17 days.

PING [your ip] ([your ip]) 56(84) bytes of data.
    64 bytes from [your ip]: icmp_seq=1 ttl=49 time=114 ms
    64 bytes from [your ip]: icmp_seq=2 ttl=49 time=115 ms
    64 bytes from [your ip]: icmp_seq=3 ttl=49 time=115 ms
    64 bytes from [your ip]: icmp_seq=4 ttl=49 time=115 ms
    64 bytes from [your ip]: icmp_seq=5 ttl=49 time=115 ms

    (i edited your ip out)

You don't have an account on Terabit yet because we haven't migrated your server yet, you are still on Enzonix, we havent migrated anyone from DE/UK yet. We will soon though!
