My experience: you can request to have it provisioned on a IPv6-enabled switch, but it may not be guaranteed. If you are provisioned on a older switch, their support said the upgrade is already planned.
If you currently have a server with them, you can open a support ticket to see if your switch is IPv6-enabled. You'll get IPv6 if it is, but need to wait longer if it does not.
TLDR: Request it, but don't count on it being immediately available (quite likely you'll have IPv6 though)
