    I disagree. Perhaps, if they had not responded to a ticket but you can contact them in numerous ways to get it resolved before coming here.

    Ive had a server with them before you can get hold of someone generally within a few minutes.

    Not for myself it wasn't and I'm still in their discord and have seen responses sooner than that

    Update: Since October 21st been shifted to Epyc, it is stable but slow (2x AMD EPYC 7502).
