I wouldn't prepay for anything more than one year. I have a customer who's stuck with them for four years. Awful performance. In four years, there will be much better hardware so you're paying them in advance to keep using old hardware.
Also, my customer is on OpenVZ, not KVM. You should check that as well.
I have used hostinger for quite a while , i went with their monthly plans despite them being expensive, but because of my location needs i had to go for it
They're not really worth the money , there is bad disk io at random times of the day , plus they also throttled the network speed (1 Gbps to 250mbps) even though i used only around ~20% of what was allocated
If the there is something in their lineups which is non negotiable for you then you can go for them , but prepaying 3 years isn't recommended
Paying for 4 years at once is a no from me. Max go with yearly plans. And 384USD means around 8USD a month, what specifications are they offering you and what location. If you are just hosting websites, get a vps and install panels like hestiacp, cloudpanel, etc.... you will get better performance.
It's always best to go with a monthly plan. If everything goes well for the next 2-4 months then you can ask them for an annual plan.
