Hi ,Does anyone know anything about st-hosting.com? No response to the ticket for 24 hours, and one of the backup servers is not responding.

I actually bought two more servers which I didn't receive. The main problem is with the old server which is down
When I opened the topic, I had to now write a few words. I received an apology, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, problem is partially solved, but restarting the servers gives me a heart attack - like in Russian roulette, maybe the server will be available or not? Another problem is the reinstallation process, similarly to the above, the process may start or not. It's all just not very stable. From 11:30 to 15:30 I managed to reinstall one server , but are still two left + another ticket opened! Friday.... I hope I won't have to deal with the problem until Monday!
Since October 17, my new server has not been responding, I do not recommend @sthosting / @NUXOA
