Yes. HW and network are excellent for it. The unlimited traffic realy unlimited but to reduce the unneccessary network load, I limit speeds and only disable limit on DL when I download something important (Windows ISO etc.). And now using public and private trackers are not too problematic in FR if I know well.
However I suggest you to rent a TorgUard or similar VPN. to avoid the possible law issues in the future and protect your static IP.

I saw that earlier. In bought one in LIM for science, it's as advertised with 5-year-old drives. The download seems to be 10G, that's the only lotto.

Ordered an SYS-STOR for some Linux ISOs in ERI, 10G down, 1G up, exactly to spec

I'd say the storage servers from HostDZire are now much better value than those KS-STOR. 4x4TB storage with 100T/1Gbps for only 150 EUR per year, which is only about half the price of a KS-STOR and two thirds of a lottery KS-2.
