most of the time i'd rather have my stuff inaccessible when i'm already running out of monthly bandwidth instead of getting charged with surprise fee. not to mention potential abuse case
Its not possible to bring your own domain, though it can be done using your own reverse proxy to rewrite the link or doing the same with cloudflare.
Currently data is not metered, once we start charging for data transfer, we can also include a toggle.

1) unmetered fair use - egress speed is reduced after X amount of traffic,

Fair user unmetered will cost $6/Tb of storage
Capped speed at $4/tb of storage .
Fair use is fine. But capped also good option
