  • Cloudnium has once again started another round of server migrations. They simply deleted all instances and data without a single word of notice to their clients. Over the past two years, this has happened at least two or three times.

    I honestly think the company has lost its mind — there’s absolutely no respect for its customers. It’s a shame that such a company is still operating in the industry, let alone active in the forums.

    The reason for the migration is that we’re moving to an improved VPS infrastructure featuring upgraded CPUs and a new Ceph storage cluster to enhance performance and reliability.
    An email notification was sent prior to the migration, our apologies if you happened to miss it.

    We haven’t deleted your original VPS, and all your data remains intact. Please submit a support ticket to proceed with the migration.
