👉 Locations & Plans
- Right now, we are only offering London, UK with Ireland Geo IPs. However, more locations are already planned. In the panel, you will see them greyed out with "coming soon". Don't worry - they'll be available before you know it.
- Prices start at only €2.50 for our smallest package (1 CPU, 1GB RAM, 20GB NVME Space) with multiple other packages available. Feel free to check them out on our website.
🧠 A Few Notes About the New Panel
- Privacy-Friendly Signup: Only a name (of your choice) and a valid email required.
- Fully Automated VM Setup: VMs are deployed automatically every 5 minutes — no manual wait times anymore.
- Port 25: Blocked by default. You can request an unblock via ticket with proper justification (small fee applies).
- rDNS Support: Available via ticket for now - will be self-service soon in the panel.
- Flexible Terms: All services are billed monthly; after setup, you can extend for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months (and stack them if you like).
- Prepaid Credit System: We’ve switched to a cloud-style prepaid model - fewer payment fees for us means better pricing for you.
- Referral Program: Coming soon! It’s built into the new panel and will be live shortly - all existing users will get an email when it’s ready.
- BGP Sessions: BGP Sessions are possible. Just send a ticket. We are working on making the entire BGP process automated in the future. Note - there is a €5 fee per month for BGP sessions.
💳 Payments
Currently, PayPal (instant crediting) is supported - just make sure you pay with card or PayPal balance. If you use bank transfer through PayPal, credit will appear only once the transfer clears (a few days delay).
We can also accept other methods by ticket. We’re going through the PCI-DSS process, and awaiting Stripe’s final approval for card-based top-ups in the new panel. Other methods are being added soon.

We hope to very quickly expand many features and make it even better. It's just really nice to be away from WHMCS and have something that does thing correctly and doesn't have the headaches or overhead of before. It's also extremely nice to have automatic VM setups again, something WHMCS just simply can't do on it's own to a standard we'd expect (full routing and firewall configs and so on are just not properly implemented in any existing whmcs modules).
Hope to see more of you all onboarding - more locations and deals to come, and your credits you take now will be able to be used even for future deals 🙏

Bonus for crypto payments that comment their invoice number for the next 24 hours will be upped to 50% bonus to celebrate the addition of crypto. After 24 hours, the normal bonus of 25% for commenting invoice number will apply.

1) Create Account & Verify Email
2) Add Credit To the Account
3) Order VM
Renewals are automated if there is credit, if not, you'll need to add enough credit before renewal to avoid suspension.

then they probably haven't finished setting up their BF VMs, even though they sent an email saying they are finished setting up their BF VMs, and I'll wait longer
i also bought it during BF and it was setup 2 days later. just open a ticket...

Alb2 is up. We reply to tickets and emails daily. What are you on about?
If something didn't get setup, just send us a ticket or email [email protected] - that's what we're here for.
LET isn't a support avenue. We don't check LET daily, maybe weekly. If you need immediate support, a comment on LET is likely to be overlooked where a ticket would be answered same-day.
I can vouch for this. I was able to grab an instance from one of their flash sales. The sale payment / winner process turned out to be unreliable in limiting the winners.. so they had to go back and manually verify and then provision the instances.
It took a while but my exchanges with support so far have been responsive and helpful.
