EX63 or RISE-S and why?
Hetzner has just launched a new server plan in their EX line: the EX63.
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 265
RAM: 64 GB DDR5
Storage: 2x 1 TB NVMe SSD Datacenter Edition (Gen 4)
Pricing:
Finland: €66/month
Germany: €69/month
Setup fee: €39

This is a very powerful option compared to the OVH RISE-S.

Both plans are cheap and performant, but I would choose EX63 because it has double the storage capacity and more cores, while still retaining similar single-threaded performance.
It's kind of a shame to see Hetzner go down on storage in their new configurations. I would choose AX52 over EX63 or RISE-S simply because it has more storage.
The EX63 has a great price-to-performance ratio, but the storage capacity isn’t enough for me. I’m looking forward to seeing whether new servers will be launched in the future.

Intel ultra 7 is 20k
All comes down to your use case, for some tasks I would choose OVH, for others hetzner.
For me it's OVH. Fairly equal price/performance but OVH seems to be in a direction of launching stuff and giving more for less whereas Hetzner seems to be in a direction of giving less for more.
Despite the spec, +1 for OVH.
And Hetzner doesn't have KS-A or KS-Mystery.
I sincerely hate OVH control panel and billing. Isn't about price and specs, just an unbearable UX that matters to me.
