Still don't have even a core, usually 20-50℅ is st(olen), so more like 0.5 core.
VPS is unavailable for hours now (again), panel doesn't show any info.

Sorry for the inconvenience, there was an unexpected issue with the server that caused it to stop. We had to perform a manual reboot.
The issue has been resolved, and all servers are now booting up one by one.
During peak hours on a few days each month, you may occasionally experience this otherwise, node usage never exceeds 70%.
