Looking for budget dedicated server (US/Canada East)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a budget dedicated server to virtualize a few light VMs with Proxmox.
Main use cases are Zabbix, Uptime Kuma, and a small NFS server for backups.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

CPU: around 8 cores / 16 threads (older Xeons are fine)

RAM: 16GB or 32GB

Storage: at least 2×2TB SATA, but I can also consider 2×4TB or 2×8TB if the price makes sense

IP: 1×IPv4 and /64 IPv6

Location: United States or Canada (East Coast preferred)

Budget: around $20–$30/month, flexible for better specs or location

I was checking the OVH Kimsufi (KS) line as a baseline.
Is that still considered the best option in this price range, or are there better alternatives available in North America?
