not trynna be rude but no ipv4 being inclided is ridiculous even for lowest tier of servers lol. yes totally, charge for ADDITIONAL ipv4s thats to be expected, but no ipv4 could be a turnoff for many people lol.
(i didnt plan to order anyway just giving my two cents lol)
So in your logic, hetzner should be on a list of shame? They are asking for extra money for ipv4 for few years already...

Consider changing your marketing strategy to €12/y and €7(minus ipv4)
Most people expect IPv4 support by default. The 7 euros in the title is appealing, but the content is disappointing. At least write 7/y(without ipv4) in the title.
Anyway I'm not disappointed personally. It's very good deal.

oracle oci - the free tier also provides a free non-nat ipv4 (ita region at least)
@virtono that i used a couple years back also includes ipv4s.
in a perfect world, where ipv6 connectivity is the default, charing would be understandable. but we don't live in perfect world. i cant think of it on top of my head but some repos dont even have a v6 mirror, so if you don't have a v4 ip you can't install from them lol
Unfortunetely, we cannot suite everyone needs, however few people who actually ordered the server are very fine with it.
your monthly plans are a pretty good deal btw. so dont feel attacked. but i do feel like your yearly one is lacking even if its just $7
