it is possible to get such server on $10-$15 budget (cpu performance should at least near amd 7900x or epic 4344p)? Currently, I'm using Enzonix VDS (cpu should be 7900x, but changed to epic 4344p due to previous disk-failure replacement on previous amd node) with such spec at $10/mo, but since enzonix has sold its vps/vds to terabit (which so sad😭). And currently I don't know what kind of cpu i will get from terabit.
The machine location doesn't matter; cpu matters😭

For a VPS yeah not a VDS with dedicated CPU.
