extended version of Terazonix logo
I also love Alex (the person) and enzonix tbh, never had an issue with my servers there as a customer.
I'm positive we can continue to provide that level of service after the migration.
Lmao
Sorry to hear this, however wish you all the best in life, hope to see you back soon
Do we get some quizzes to solve coming BF? I will miss them
I'm gonna see what I can do on BF. I won't leave you without the puzzles β€οΈ
Now how will I get $3/yr special deal?
@AlexPads I hope you will also be offering refunds to those you have sold long-term services to which will no longer be getting services with the same location, network, IP or hardware which was agreed to at the time of purchase? Generally these are the things customers use to make their purchasing decisions for these services, so hopefully you can also see that refunds should be extended to those whom purchased based on these things that both:
A. Don't want their personal information transferred to "Terrabit" a random company with a non-fuinctional website.
B. Don't want services in a different location, on a different network, on different hardware with a different IP subnet
Not offering a refund for unused time would effectively be bait and switch as well, as it will no longer be the same product that was purchased since functionally all the things the contract was based on will change except the amount paid and the proffered amount of resources.
Look forward to your reply.
my 2 cents.
Cheers!
If you open a ticket within our billing panel we can cancel with a prorated refund if you choose to cancel immediately.
Best,
all the best @AlexPads! I've only been with you since mid July but it's been a good experience. Will keep an eye out for you in the future
That's whole different country, not really a nearest location move.
So my US VPN will become a Canada VPN, yay.
How about letting the NY folks move to LA?
Did you read?
Yes!
Hey if you want to remain in the US we can put you up in Kansas, we picked Montreal because of its closeness.
I really want to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone, trust me I don't wanna put you in a location you wont want as much as you don't.
We are even thinking of pushing new (secret shhhhh) location launches earlier specifically for enzonix customers
We are expecting 3-7$ yr deal on this occasion π
I heard APAC π
30 cents on Miami.
If it comes with the freshly baked bread, I am not impressed. Otherwise, I am not impressed
The whole point with Enzonix was to have a slice in Germany... Why not keep the Germany location?
How is the connection quality to the great China of the new location?
Or any looking glass?
Mine in US and need cloudflare to access smoothly.
I understand but I dont think we have plans currently to keep Germany, we might in the future open a location there and I will move everyone who requests it with no questions asked. We don't do rented hardware so if we ever decide to go there we want to do it properly and with proper network in place first.
No looking glass, connection to china should be... fine?
23.137.56.3 Anycast
207.174.40.0/24in MTL
165.140.202.0/24 is KC
165.140.203.0/24 is NL
165.140.201.0/24 (will be) Miami.
You can test those IPs if you want. We have a few customers from China and they seem to like it.
Hi, just wanna confirm what kind of cpu i will get after migration. My vds on enzonix has 7900x cpu with 6cores.
You will get an email about that soon, most likely Epycs or Ryzens or Golds/Platinums
@wadhah @AlexPads
I currently have a free shared hosting plan that I received from a giveaway previously.
With this migration happening will this stay the same or am I expecting a invoice from Terabit?
It'll stay like that, enjoy your webhosting!
Congratulations on the merge! I wish Terabit lots of success!
Seems so , as I also got the mail regarding that
is Terabit reliable?
Yes.
I've got a 666 since Dec 2024 I think and a BDS since July and the only downtime has been caused by me. Support is generally on top of things as well when I've had questions. I've used Chunkserve, Host-C, Hetzner, Digital Ocean, Enzonix and HostDzire and I've had the best luck with Terabit I'd say, I think cuz their people seem to care and the services seem really solid. YMMV of course and most of those other providers I mention have pluses as well but the only two I routinely recommend currently are Terabit and Host-C
